Terms

• Monthly packages: 3-month minimum. Each month is 50% at the start and 50% when that month's content is delivered.
• Portrait sessions & one-time shoots: 50% deposit to lock in your date, the other 50% when your gallery is delivered.
• Your date is only booked once the deposit is in. Everything is agreed in writing (a quote or email) before we start.

• Need to move your shoot? Reschedule once for free with at least 48 hours notice.
• Cancel 7+ days before: you get your deposit back, minus a small booking fee (listed on your quote).
• Cancel less than 7 days before: the deposit is kept, since that date was held for you and turned down for others.
• Monthly packages: after the 3-month minimum, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No hidden fees.

Mountains are mountains. If weather, wildfire smoke, road closures, or flight restrictions make a shoot unsafe or impossible, we'll reschedule for free, no penalty on either side.

We fly within FAA rules and local airspace restrictions. If we can't legally or safely fly at your location, we'll tell you as early as possible and find another way to get the shot.

If something goes wrong on our end (we get sick, gear fails), we'll reschedule at no cost, or refund what you've paid for anything we can't deliver.

• Portrait sessions: a few sneak peeks within a few days, full edited gallery within 2 weeks.
• Monthly packages: delivered on the schedule in your content calendar.
• 2 rounds of revisions are included on every deliverable. More than that, or big changes to what we agreed, gets quoted first.
• Need it faster? Rush delivery (under 48 hours) is available for an extra fee, when our schedule allows.
• You get the final edited files. Raw, unedited files aren't included, because they don't represent the finished work.

• We keep the copyright to everything we create. You get unlimited use of your final files for your own personal or business needs: social, website, ads, print.
• Please don't resell the files, enter them in contests, or credit them to someone else. A tag or credit is always appreciated, never required.
• We may share our favorite shots in our portfolio and on social media. If you'd rather we didn't, just tell us and we'll keep your work private, no questions asked.
• Rights start once the work is fully paid.

• Summit County and nearby (Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek): no travel fee.
• Farther in Colorado (Denver, Aspen, Crested Butte, and more): a flat travel fee, shown in your quote upfront.
• Out of state or international (NYC, Costa Rica, anywhere else): travel and lodging are quoted per trip and agreed before you book. No surprises after.

We'll show up on time, prepared, with the light and location already scouted. If you're running late, we'll do our best to still give you the full session. If we can't, we'll figure out a fair fix together.

You're responsible for any permits or permissions needed for private locations you choose. We'll let you know if a spot usually needs one.
